Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service while providing adequate information and resolving any concerns/issues to ensure our customers have the best shopping experience online and in store;

• Provide support to internal departments & stores to ensure that company guidelines are followed through.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position for a retail company, ideally in the fashion industry

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in both official languages

• Have a strong sense of organization and priority management

• Autonomous and resourceful

• Analytical and thorough

• Able to take initiatives and make decisions within a short timeframe

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Be client-oriented

• Strong computer skills – Able to multi-task between multiple systems

• Work well under pressure

• Strong knowledge in E-Commerce
